Young Lawyer Emerges as Leader in OWI Litigation

When a client looks for a law firm in their time of need, they will look far and wide for an attorney that could successfully handle such litigation with the realization that the skills needed for such an attorney take not only a stellar knowledge of the law but also one that would possess strong people skills. One young lawyer that stands out from the crowd is Ravi Gurumurthy.

A solo practitioner based out of Cadillac, Michigan, Gurumurthy has quickly made a name for himself in an array of fields with OWI Defense being one that has regularly displayed successful results for his clients. As one client said, “Ravi took the time to not only understand my situation but to understand my life situation. Because of this I am his client for life and would recommend anyone in my situation to turn to him.”

A graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, Gurumurthy has quickly made a name for himself since passing the Michigan Bar Exam by not only his exceptional litigation skills but his teaching ability. In addition to his legal work, Gurumurthy has become a college professor and trained people for the Michigan Bar Exam with outstanding results. Gurumurthy also sits on the Board of ICLE and has a philosophy of giving back to the legal community which has separated him from his peers. When asked his philosophy of the field of law, he stated, “We all have to place our clients first and give back to the legal community. When we work together, amazing things can be achieved.”

Ravi Gurumurthy is currently covering cases across the state of Michigan and working in the Federal Court System. Gurumurthy regularly works with the law firm McManus PLLC in Ann Arbor, Michigan and has been of counsel with several firms across the United States.
